Browser Information
In order to take full advantage of the online search page, please note the following:
- Your browser should support JavaScript.
- Your PC's screen resolution should be at least 800x600.
- If you have a popup blocker, the initial popup displaying Anesthesia
Payment Methodology will not be shown when an Anesthesia Type is chosen. However, a link is
provided next to the printer friendly link above the data table column headings.
The search page has been tested on the following browsers and operating systems
- Internet Explorer 7
- WindowsXP - Service Pack 2 -- None so far
- Internet Explorer 6
- Windows2000 Service Pack 4 -- Only CSS 1 supported but mostly worked around
- WindowsXP - Service Pack 2 -- Only CSS 1 supported but mostly worked around
- Firefox 1.0 / 2.0
- Windows2000 Service Pack 4 -- Title (Tool-tip) tag on page division is not fully displayed
- WindowsXP - Service Pack 2 -- Title (Tool-tip) tag on page division is not fully displayed
- Linux Fedora Core 6 -- Title (Tool-tip) tag on page division is not fully displayed
- Konqueror 3.5.6-0.1 (using KDE 3.5.6-0.3)
- Linux Fedora Core 6 -- Appears to work fine although rendering is a bit off; but still usable
